I thoroughly enjoyed making this galette. It turned out so well. I ate it fresh out of the oven topped with fresh mint and a dollop of creme fraiche. It was so tempting not to eat it all in one go. I loved the hint of polenta in the crust and the berry juiciness of the filling. I live in Australia and we are moving into Spring, so unfortunately blackberries aren't in season, so I made this galette with blueberries instead. I will definitely make this again in the future with other berries and fruit.
