Hello Nigella, or to all the Nigella team. My name is Pavlos, I am from Athens, Greece, and i did your recipe step by step. I added a bit more polenta since the dough didn't set , maybe I messed up my measurements. This is my first ever entry to any kind of competition , cookalong etc and I am really excited.
