A blackberry galette made with wild forest blackberries that me and my friend handpicked in the forest while visiting the Tara mountain at the border of Serbia and Bosnia. Instead of crème fraîche, which is actually not readily available in Serbia, I’ve made something similar to vanilla pudding using coconut milk, egg yolks, cornstarch and vanilla. For added crust there are almond flakes on the edges.
