Blackberry Galette with Lemon Creme Fraiche. The recipe was great as presented in the article. I added some lemon juice & zest to the creme fraiche, along with a touch on annatto powder for color. I also added a dash of cinnamon & cloves to balance everything out. Turned out delicious, thank you for the inspiration Nigella!!
