I adore a galette of any sort however, i've never tried a blackberry gluten free one before until now. I really enjoyed making this. I would consider this recipe to be easy. The blackberries and the creme fraiche blend beautifully with a crunch pastry base. Child friendly as i would make this for my daughter she would enjoy eating it too!
