I was able to find fresh blackberries to use for this gallete. The ingredients were easy to find. I had to chill the crust longer than 30 minutes to be able to work with it, since it's quite warm where I live. Next time, I think I would add just a tiny bit more flour than the recipe calls for to make it hold up a bit more. Other than that, it was an easy recipe and a tasty one to boot.
