Dear Nigella team, I followed the recipe but wanted to use my oval cake stand so changed the shape. My oven is not as hot as it should be so I left it in 5 minutes longer. The pastry looks quite short and crumbly. I think it looks yummy and it's difficult to keep it for after supper and not attack it straight away!
