
Love this recipe. One could probably transform any garden bounty into a delicious bite. I went for heirloom tomatoes. I also added fresh thyme and lemon zest to the cream and pastry to round off the flavor. I sprinkled some Hawaiian black salt and black pepper over the galette before baking to golden crispness. Served for lunch and watched it disappear.
