Blackberry galette with lemon zested crème fraîche. The dough was rested overnight. The cooking time was almost double the one indicated, I have waited until I got the blackberries bubbling. I have also added a bit of egg wash on the crush in the last minutes of baking for a nice golden/brown colour. Served warm with a cup of black coffee.
