Added a tsp cinnamon in the crust, then topped the cheesecake with Honey-Maple Caramelized Pecans (Ingredients used: butter, honey, maple, salt, cinnamon, vanilla rum, cayenne pepper for a slight kick, a dash of cream and last but not least, roasted pecan nuts)
