This was so fun and surprisingly easy to make! I particularly enjoyed the touch of adding pecan to the digestive for the base; and the unlimited quantities of syrup with each slice. Perfect for the fast dropping temperatures as we had our cheesecake slices with some cups of caramel macchiato while working from home!
