A succulent gleaming cheesecake and the first I’ve ever cooked in a bain Marie, I‘ve appreciated a lot such an original recipe, such a beautiful hearty hymn to a feast, which I have set in a warm, floral yet glittering decor. I’ve used sheep ricotta cheese in lieu of cream cheese and also added a few drops of orange blossom water to the cream mixture. I thought the contest came well in this freezing still month of lockdown, adding a vibrant lingering to get involved in the making of this decadent delicacy, thanks for challenging our neurons for being creative with already such a lovely treat for that part of cake, what could we ask more? Nigella’s cookbook!
