This is such a creamy, fluffy, easy cheesecake recipe I ever tried. I wrapped this cake in crunchy granola and toasted pecan. The end of the result is so beautiful, it almost doesn’t need any topping! But I decided to use dried pineapple flowers, leftover toasted pecan and sprinkled with chia seeds. It’s turn out so beautiful and its perfect for any Autumn day. Thank you Nigella for the recipe. Hope I can win this challenge! Luckily i’ve one good pic before my baby grab it
