Was so happy to try this cheesecake, as I had just bought a new bottle of Maple Syrup. I also thought this would be a perfect opportunity to try making the chocolate leaves. I went for a walk and collected some leaves from a small tree, washed them, topped with melted chocolate and then peeled the chocolate off. It worked pretty good! Happy Thanksgiving!
