Maple cheesecake with extra maple drizzle and sugared cranberries! I used honey graham crackers instead of digestive biscuits for the crust and added a bit of cinnamon. Perfect flavors for Thanksgiving and one of the best textured cheesecakes I have ever had or made! I cooked it in the instant pot and made a mini one to give to our senior neighbor with the rest of his Thanksgiving goodies
