It's quite unimaginable that a cheesecake can be this gorgeous and autumn-y, and be made from so readily available ingredients. I interchanged cornflour with custard powder which elevated the smokiness of maple. However, in the matter of plating, I stuck to the cleanest and simplest way, giving it an aesthetic appeal.
