Hi. My 19 year old daughter, Lotte, and I put pecans around the edge of the cheesecake to try and create an ‘alpine’ kind of look. They were a bit enveloped by the cheesecake mixture, but we are still pleased. It was a lovely bonding and fun experience, teaching her how to use the processor etc.

Show more commentsWow that looks really good! I'm glad you had a fun time with your daughter, too! My mom always used to say there is only room for one cook in the kitchen.
