Really great to put on some Christmas music and occupy my mind making these festive beauties! The recipe was so easy, with great results. It's an important tip to fridge the cookies once cut out to retain their shape. I couldn't resist using my beloved Crown Devon Stockholm to serve up some sweet Christmas afternoon treats - which were devoured very quickly!
