The delicious combination of flavours in these hazelnuts Linzer cookies is like a sweet symphony in my kitchen! They will be perfect while watching the annual Vienna New Year's Concert, which is a tradition in our family. I dared to add half of a teaspoon of cardamom powder because I love this spice and I thought it went well with both the homemade cranberries jam and the blackcurrant jam that I had in my pantry, and which I used in this recipe. I will definitely make them again next summer, filled with raspberry jam. Thank you for the recipe!
