I made these delicious biscuits and was about to nip out for jam when I remembered I had made lots of cranberry and blood orange sauce so I used this to sandwich them together. I just sieved a little and it looked perfect and tasted delicious - just the right amount of sharpness with the rich biscuits. The Snowman certainly liked his new red buttons!
