Nigella’s Perfect recipe to kick off the Christmas baking! The only change I’ve made was using shop-bought intense raspberry jam mixed with regular homemade raspberry jam, to fill the cookies. Another Nigella recipe that worked to the “T” and went down a christmassy treat. Merry Christmas to you all
