This was a “I want to travel back in time and be a kid, pottering about the kitchen with my granny” bake. I could smell my grandpas pipe and hear my grannies soothing voice - and that brought me so much joy. What I added was some grated marzipan to the icing sugar when I sprinkled it on top.
