I know the recipe calls for seedless raspberry jam, but I could help but use my favourite raspberry jam from Bonne Maman, it paired wonderfully with the almond biscuit. And to add a bit of my own personality I used my newly purchased festive IKEA cookie cutters to create a larger cookie, perfect for a Christmas evening
