Hi, I loved this recipe and have baked this loaf several times over the past month. My personal twist was that I replaced 1/3 of the white flour with spelt flour and I also sprinkled Nigella seads on top which was lovely! Thanks for a great recipe, dear Nigella! :) Best, Asta
