With such a versatile recipe I opted to make a few loaves this week. It was scoffed in a variety of ways, a few toasted soldiers, some fruity toast toppers. A doorstop sandwich and some savory tartines. Then just to see how adaptable, I added in a tbsp of turmeric and some pumpkin seeds and that was fantastic too. A very easy recipe to follow and lots of fun plus a delicious smelling kitchen too. Thank you Nigella
