Here is my entry for this months competition. This is Nigella's classic sandwich loaf. This is my absolute favourite bread recipe it is so simple and always works. The light, airy and fluffy texture of the bread makes this recipe perfect for sandwiches. What I love about this bread is that it is so soft and has a slightly sweet taste to it. During the baking of the bread my whole house smells like a bakery it smells absolutely delicious. Whenever this bread is brought out of the bread bin it instantly provides me with a positive ambiance and reminds me that everything is going to be alright. When I bite into this it is a treat for the senses. This never fails to please and brings comfort to me.
