Makes Great Toast - I initially baulked at the idea of the intermittent kneading but it really wasn't a hassle at all if you allow yourself an afternoon to potter and do it - as we are doing Vegan January I used soured coconut yoghurt which on tasting you would never know - served with apricot jam which are just in season in sunny South Africa.
