Wow what can I say, I absolutely LOVED baking this sandwich loaf recipe! So easy. I had never cooked a loaf before but I followed the recipe and process to a T and the results, as you can see speak for themselves. I wanted to make this loaf so that I could also follow Nigella’s ‘Fried Chicken Sandwich’ recipe, and I’m so glad I did. Nigella is a real inspiration to me. Her recipes have helped provide structure while I have been shielding during the pandemic. Following her recipes have given me something to look forward to at the weekend, when I focus on one of her recipes and it’s like an escape for me. This loaf recipe was no different and I am so pleased with the results. To be considered for a signed copy of her book would be amazing, and something I would really treasure.
