This dark “Michelin Man” shape bread, actually a last minute decision that I made, as I wanted to do something different, with a light mixture of Mature Cheddar cheese delight the taste and structure of the bread and every curve on top have assorted dry & fresh herbs, from Fennel seeds, to fresh Lavender petals to Nigella seeds ... of course!!
