Old-fashioned chocolate cake with half recipe split over 12 cupcakes, six topped by the OFCC ganache for my partner and the other five with PB icing for me. One cupcake was chef tax as vv important to ensure they are baked through before icing. The PB ones would look prettier but I only had crunchy PB and the crunches were too big for the icing nozzles. Tasted amazing, my new favourite icing! V disappointed that bf doesn’t like PB.
