I made Nigella’s Chocolate Peanut butter cake for a work afternoon tea. I had planned to do four tiers but ended up not having the time to. I had made the amount buttercream for the four tier cake so the ratio of cake to buttercream was about 1:1, as shown in the photo. I am proud to say there were five other shop bought cakes at the tea but mine was the only one the was completely finished. People seemed to love the extra buttercream
