A 4 tier cake seemed intimidating at 1st but this recipe made it so easy and the frosting was so tasty and beautiful that I made it twice. 2 cakes meant I was able to share with my family and deliver to 5 households over 4 states. It could be considered a celebration cake but it also is just a pure treat with a cup of tea after a long winter walk.
