Decadent treat of a recipe perfect for a birthday celebration! I mean who could resist a chocolatey and velvety peanut butter icing cake. The chocolate and caramel drizzle topping was an easy whip to ‘dress up’ the cake - also great to hide the not quite even buttercream spread.
