Finding yourself alone doesn’t mean you can’t have cake right? I made a mini version of the Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake and it was sinfully delicious. I struggled to get a smooth finish so went with a "peaked" effect, which I think complemented the chopped peanuts beautifully. Thanks, Nigella for another wonderful recipe that was deceivingly easy to make.
