This is actually the creation of my granddaughters Lily 11 & Isla 8 with ZaZa’s (grandmother)help with the chocolate curls and the different method of mixing in a saucepan! They began cooking classes at 5 & 2½ years and bake and cook together constantly. They are Lily and Isla Gates of Vermont, US.
