I stayed true to Nigella’s recipe but because St. Patrick’s Day is soon I wanted to add some green to go with the Guinness beer. So I added some light lime zest and curls on the top with the interior of the lime as garnish. It actually added a fresh touch to the cream cheese icing. Great cake. We really enjoyed it.
