I love a Guinness, especially this time of year with Paddy's Day looming. I have got all of Nigella's books and so many bookmarks to go through. This however is one of the best cakes I have ever tasted and I can't believe I have made it myself. Thank you Nigella for all your support through covid. Your books and shows have really got me through the toughest times. Now onto my next bookmark!
