Fancy a Guinness? I’m not the best or neatest baker but I do love Nigella recipes and have since I used to make rocky roads with my mum before she died in 2008. These days I attempt to bake with my 3 year old who manages to destroy the kitchen whilst my 7 month old waits patiently. This recipe is surprisingly easy - I slightly overcooked the cakes as I had too much mixture for one tin so I ended up with one round cake and a sheet cake that I turned into pint cakes. They were really yummy and went down a treat with the family! Happy St Patrick’s Day for tomorrow everyone!
