I’ve fond childhood memories of seeing pints of Guinness go still on the bar counter in my aunts pub after a Patrick’s day parade so I wanted to create something to remind me of those. The cake mixture was divided into 4 tins and layers of black currant jam went in between each layer when assembled together. I liked how they appeared to be like the power inside the black stuff when all piled on top of each other.
