I made three of your beautiful Chocolate Guinness Cakes for one of my niece's as her wedding cake. It went down a storm. My work colleagues were thrilled as I tested the recipe on them two or three times before actually making the wedding cakes. Your recipe was perfect and my 11 year old great niece helped me with the decorations.
