As a sweet tooth, my usual go to cake is some rich chocolate or creamy cake. So making this felt a little out of my comfort zone, but oh wow what a revelation. It is a fragrant moist beautiful cakeiness experience which I will be making again. Well anyway what else am I going to use edible rose petals for?
