As a quiet unexperienced baker, who really started baking during pandemic, I have never made flourless cake.. until now. This crazy amazing Pear Pistachio and Rose cake was a pleasure to make and even bigger pleasure to eat. My whole family loved it! Thank you Nigella for such an easy, but fabulous recipe.
