I served a Turkish delight cream alongside, Turkish delight curd, folded into lightly whipped cream. Oh, and in a tweak to add chew to the perfumed nuttiness I threw in a handful of chopped dried pears.... put it like this, there was 6 of us for lunch. There’s none left...
