We dipped Lady Fingers in our homemade raspberry jam and lined the bottom of the champagne glasses. We used duck eggs which gave the custard such a beautiful color. After the trifles glasses were completed we poured the carmel on parchment paper let it cooled and broke it and used it as decorations on the top.
