When I think of chocolate for summer months I instantly think of white chocolate. It's lighter, creamier and just fits the bill for eating in the sun. Mixing that with a cold cheesecake from the fridge and you've got yourself a perfect summers evening dessert. To make it more "summery" (apologies if that isn't a real word) I topped it with some strawberries handpicked by myself, my wife and 15 month old and scattered rose petals to enhance that summer vibe.
