I wasn't very into white chocolate until I happened to find this recipe, and tried it. It's like ice cream in texture, and my family loves it. To make it a bit more unique and convince my mother to try new things, I added some lime zest and lavender water. Why lavender water? Well, I once saw it in another cookbook that white chocolate can smooth out the strong floral taste of lavender and turn it into a gentle, delicate flavor. Thus people won't feel like eating a soap. White chocolate, lemon/lime and lavender –– a divine combination for me.
