White chocolate cheesecake. I didn’t personalize it. I followed the recipe. Oh wait, I did double the chocolate requirement. It was very good. Creamy and smooth. Next time I will add more white chocolate. There doesn’t seem to be a limit to how much you can add. You could certainly taste it and it was mmm-mmm.
