My husband dubbed this the 'White Devil' cake. I followed the recipe for the white chocolate cheesecake, only deviating to add half a tsp of stem ginger syrup into the biscuit crumb mixture. I made a drizzle from more of the stem ginger liquid and some syrup from orange jam. I apologise for not being able to get a decent picture. A very excited child with fork followed me everywhere making me too anxious to put it down till I was ready to set it at the table to eat. It is sensational!! And a repeat performance has been requested.
