This cheesecake recipe is the perfect dessert for any occasion! I made this for my vegan friend. Soo this is my very first vegan cheesecake. Its soo flavorful and has a really good crunch base, i used granola instead of biscuits. it’s easy to make it and really delicious! Thank you Nigella
