Who doesn’t love cheesecake, and white chocolate cheesecake is even better. I made Nigellas white chocolate cheesecake as per the recipe and added a couple of personalisations. I topped the cheesecake with white chocolate chips and served with a fresh raspberry purée. I have struggled to find the perfect cheesecake recipe, and had many attempts but this has to be my best! The consistency and taste were both spot on. Thanks Nigella!
